How do I download a video?
Copy the video link in the app (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.), open OneGrab and tap Download from Clipboard. When it's done, save to Photos from the Downloads list.
Which platforms are supported?
OneGrab works with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitch and more. If a link isn't supported, the app will let you know.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open OneGrab, tap the settings (gear) icon, then Restore purchase. Your subscription will be restored if it's still active.
Downloads aren't working. What should I try?
Make sure you copied a direct link to the video (not a profile or feed URL). Check your connection and try again. If it still fails, email us with the link.
