Privacy Policy
Overview
OneGrab ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the OneGrab app and our website.
Data we collect
OneGrab is designed to minimize data collection. We may collect:
- Analytics and usage data - In the app we use Firebase Analytics to record anonymized events (e.g. download started or completed, paywall viewed, onboarding completed). These events help us improve the product and do not identify you personally.
- Crash and performance data - Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and related device information to help us fix bugs.
- Subscription and purchase data - When you subscribe or restore purchases, Apple and RevenueCat process the transaction. We receive subscription status and related data necessary to unlock features.
- Website analytics - Our website may use Google Analytics (or similar) for traffic and usage. See your browser and our cookie practices for options.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect or store the URLs you paste, the content you download, or your personal identity. Downloads are performed on your device; we do not keep copies of your files on our servers.
How we use data
We use the data above to operate and improve the app, process subscriptions, fix crashes, and comply with legal obligations.
Third parties
We use services such as Apple (App Store, in-app purchase), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting). Their privacy policies apply to their processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable by law. Contact us using the support option in the app or via our website.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app or website after changes constitutes acceptance.
