How do I download a video?
Copy the video link from the app (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.), open OneGrab, and tap Download from Clipboard. When the download finishes, you can save it to Photos from the Downloads list.
Which platforms are supported?
OneGrab works with many services, including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitch, and more. If a link isn’t supported, the app will let you know.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open OneGrab, tap the settings (gear) icon, then Restaurar compra / Restore purchase. Your subscription will be restored if it’s still active.
Downloads aren’t working. What should I try?
Make sure you’ve copied a direct link to the video (not a general profile or feed URL). Check your internet connection and try again. If it still fails, email us with the link and we’ll look into it.
