Introduction
PriceWizard (“the app”) is an iOS and macOS application that helps you manage App Store Connect subscription and in-app purchase prices across territories, and edit localized display names and descriptions for those products. This policy describes how we handle information in relation to the app and this website.
Data we don’t collect (app)
We do not operate a backend that stores your App Store Connect data, your credentials, or the text you edit in the app. The app does not send that information to us.
This website
This marketing site loads Google Analytics (gtag.js), which may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical data (such as approximate location and device information) as described in Google’s privacy policy. We use it only for aggregate traffic insights, not to identify individual visitors. GitHub Pages may also collect standard server logs; see GitHub’s privacy statement.
Data on your device
When you use the app, your App Store Connect API credentials (Key ID, Issuer ID, and .p8 private key) are stored only in your device’s Keychain (iOS or Mac). We never transmit or have access to these credentials. Product lists, prices, and localization text are fetched from Apple’s API on your device and are not sent to us.
Third-party services
The app communicates only with:
- Apple’s App Store Connect API - to read and update subscription and in-app purchase prices and localized display names and descriptions, using your credentials.
- RevenueCat - to validate your in-app purchase and manage your entitlement to unlimited use. RevenueCat acts as a processor on our behalf; payment is always handled by Apple. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy for their practices.
- A public exchange-rate service - to convert prices to USD for preview. We do not send any personal or account data to this service.
- Firebase (Google) - the app may use Firebase Remote Config to fetch non-sensitive configuration (for example, which App Store locales to show). Google may process limited technical data as described in Firebase’s documentation and Google’s policies.
- Google Translate (optional) - if you choose machine translation, the app sends the strings you are translating from your device to Google’s translation service. Do not use this feature for highly sensitive content if that concerns you.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts; see Google’s privacy policy for their practices.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app or site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
