Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using PriceWizard (“the app”), or by making a purchase within the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or make a purchase.

License and use

PriceWizard is an iOS and macOS application that helps you manage App Store Connect subscription and in-app purchase prices and related localized display names and descriptions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own use, subject to these terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that apply to in-app purchases.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, or sublicense or distribute the app to third parties, except as permitted by applicable law.

Free trial and purchase

You can try PriceWizard for free: the app allows 5 free App Store Connect actions before payment is required. Each action is either applying price changes or saving subscription or in-app purchase localization changes to App Store Connect (both count toward the same limit). After you use the free allowance, you must complete a one-time, lifetime in-app purchase to continue using those features. In the United States the purchase price is $24.99 USD; prices in other countries may vary and are set according to the App Store in your region. Payment is processed by Apple; we use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage your entitlement. We do not collect or store your payment information.

By completing the purchase, you obtain a perpetual license to use the full functionality of the app on devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to these terms. We do not guarantee that the app or its features will be available indefinitely; we may discontinue the app or change features (including the free-trial allowance) in the future.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple. Please use the App Store’s “Report a Problem” or Apple’s refund process for purchases. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all configurations or future versions of iOS, macOS, or App Store Connect. You use the app and any actions it performs (including changes to your App Store Connect data) at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app or these terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated via the app or this website where practicable.
