Answers to common questions about Guaraní Currency Converter. For anything not covered here, email us and we will get back as soon as we can.

How do exchange rates work?

The app loads a midmarket-style rate table over the internet. Your conversion uses a cross rate between the currencies you pick. Rate timestamps appear when the data source provides them.

What if I am offline or the request fails?

When a fresh table is not available, the app may use a recently cached table or other configured fallbacks so you can still see a result. In rare cases a pair may be unavailable; try again when you have connectivity.

Where is my conversion history stored?

History is stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes that data unless you restore from a device backup that includes it.

How do I test the Safari extension?

Open the extension test page. If the extension is enabled, you should see annotations appear next to values like ₲5,870,000 and PYG3,150,000.

If nothing changes, check Safari’s extension settings and ensure the extension is allowed for this site (or for all websites).

Is this financial or investment advice?

No. The app is a utility for approximate conversion. Banks, card networks, and money transmitters use their own rates and fees. Always confirm amounts before you commit to a transaction.
